Predictive maintence is essential in today's current climate to determine and monitor the condition of equipment and systems. Our predictive maintence solutions will help detect potential faults before they occur, and in turn we will be able to provide assistance in implementing corrective measures to protect equipment and avoid costly and unnecessary down time.
Predictive maintence is the use of the new technologies of Infrared Thermal Imaging, online heat sensors and Ultrasound detection to see and hear things that we as humans could not otherwise see or hear. Thus we use these new technologies to get a head start on a potential failure.
We are trained to level 2 CAT2 PCN in Infared Thermography and level 2 in Ultrasound.
Thermography, Online heat sensors And Ultrasound Inspections:
Electrical Panel Inspection
Inspect
electrical panels routinely for loose connections, overloaded circuits, and potentially hazardous impedance within an
electrical circuit. We also have the addition of online 24/7 heat sensor monitoring of cables, bus bars & various HV & LV electrical assets.
Bus bar Ducts
Inspect along entire length for any anomalies revealed by excessive heat energy or alternatively install our self-powered heat sensors to the bus bar system for 24/7 monitoring of the installation via the sites DCS system or via a simple URL login
address.
Motors / Shafts /
Bearings
Large motors are usually connected to large shafts which are stabilized by large bearings, If one link in this chain of vital equipment is broken the
results can be disastrous. Infrared Thermal Imaging inspections and Ultrasound Detection can reveal potential failure points in these systems.
Compressed air/Gas Leaks
Using an Ultraprobe 10000 locating leaks to systems and diagnosing the cost to the client has the advantages of not only reducing running cost's of the plant but also improves the quality of the enviroment.
